• I’ve never used a service like this before, how does it work?
  
  We are a full-service junk hauling company. That means that you just point at something, and if it can be lifted and put in our 6ft by 12ft trailer we will make it disappear!
  Our pricing includes all recycling, hauling and disposal charges. Sales tax is additional and varies based on your county.
  

• I have a lot of stuff to get rid of, can you help?
  
  If you have a lot of old crap that needs to go, we can certainly help out. We can handle all kinds of jobs- from garage cleanouts, tree debris removal, furniture and appliance disposal and recycling, to full-house hoarder type jobs with advance notice.
  All we ask is a call a day or two before you’d like the job done so we can make sure to have room on the calendar for you!

• Do you offer appointments outside of business hours?
  
  We can schedule special pickups outside regular business hours- give us a call to find out more. If you need junk hauled at midnight, when you get home from work, or early in the morning, we can make it happen in most cases!

• What do you guys pick up most often?
  
  Our average jobs are usually for refrigerator removals, old sofas that need to go, or a few larger furniture pieces like broken cabinets or dressers.
  Larger work does come along frequently though, we do whole home clean outs, light demolition, and clear out what’s left after estate sales
  We can haul almost anything that will fit in our trailer, give us a call if you have something you want gone!
  
• What is your service area?
  
  We operate in Anoka, Hennepin, and Isanti counties- primarily the North and West half of the twin cities
  
• Do you charge sales tax?
  
  On the majority of our projects, yes.
